More than 13,000 runners and over 85,000 spectators attended yesterday's 2011 Brighton marathon. The race route for the Brighton Marathon starts with a loop of gorgeous Preston Park, and then takes in the best of the city centre including Brighton Pavilion and fabulous stretches of coastal road, including panoramic views that you'd expect where the glorious South Downs meet the English Channel.

AVA has three charity places for the third Brighton marathon in April 2012 and we're looking for runners!
