The Outcomes Star™ is a unique tool for supporting and measuring change when working with vulnerable people. The Empowerment Star is one of these tools, specifically designed for women who have experienced domestic violence.

This training will equip participants to use the Empowerment Star with clients and use the data to evidence outcomes. Research has shown that using the Star can significantly improve the quality of keywork and that training makes a big difference to both the consistency and accuracy of the data collected and workers confidence and skill in using the star to support their clients.

This engaging training day includes pair and small group work, with practice using the Star and opportunity for questions.
