Course description

This course aims to equip participants with a basic knowledge of alcohol, its effects on the body and how it may be used problematically by survivors of domestic violence. The morning session will focus on theory and the afternoon session will allow participants to consider the issues around facilitating disclosure of problematic drinking and recognising and responding to risk.
