Workshop series: Learning About Your Clients
A series of workshops to help you to develop the skills needed
to research and evaluate your service
It is becoming increasingly important to find out more about
clients and service users to ensure better services, higher quality
performance and more targeted care.
This series of six very practical half-day workshops, organised
by Making Research
Count at the University of Bedfordshire, is designed to get you
started on the basics of such studies - ranging from identifying
the best methods of enquiry through to presentation of your results
and conclusions. Each workshop is facilitated by an academic
researcher with significant experience of, and expertise in, the
topic.
Workshops will take place at the University of Bedfordshire's
Park Square, Luton campus.
Refreshments and lunch (1-2pm) will be provided.
