AVA runs a series of free events as part of various projects.

HEVAN (Health Ending Violence and Abuse)  open events

In partnership with Hull PCT we will be delivering three events per year across the U.K. beginning later this year. These will be open to anyone with an interest in developing partnership working between statutory and voluntary health agencies and the VAWG sector.

Stella Project Information and Networking Events

These events are held on a quarterly basis in London's City Hall and are open to any practitioner across the UK interested in issues relating to domestic and sexual violence and drugs and alcohol. These events are funded by the Greater London Authority. Please click here for more information.

IDVA Networking events (funded by Government Office for London)

Open to any IDVA working in London, these events are held on a quarterly basis and form part of a programme of activities to support the London IDVA network, funded by Government Office for London. Please contact sophie.taylor@avaproject.org.uk

Community Groups Networking events

These meetings are held regularly in London and are open to anyone setting up or running children and mothers groups about the impacts of domestic violence. Each meeting is themed and also provides a form of informal peer support. Please click here for more information.
